The Project consists of the financing, rehabilitation, transformation, extension, operation, and maintenance of the National Social-Insurance (CNPS, based in Charles de Gaulle building, Douala, Cameroon) into an international upper upscale hotel of 180 keys operated by the Radisson Hotel Group as the Radisson Blu Hotel Douala.
