To carry out a project comprising the financing, rehabilitation, transformation, extension, operation and maintenance of the CNPS building on Avenue Charles de Gaulle in Douala, Cameroon, into a 180-key luxury hotel residence operated by the Radisson Hotel Group as the Radisson Blu Hotel Douala.


Issues

To meet the growing demand in Douala for 5-star hotel services operated by an international chain, which are currently non-available, and the absence of any similar project currently being developed.

  • Finalized the institutional, legal and financial structures of the Project
  • Recruited legal, tax and technical advisors
  • Produced the financial documentation including the Information Memorandum and built the financial model
  • Coordinated discussions aimed at the conclusion of a Partnership Agreement with the National Social Security Fund (CNPS) and an International Hotel Management Agreement (With the Radisson Hotel Group)
