<\/li><li>A mineral terminal, located in Lobabe (South-West Cameroon), in the deep-water port <\/li><li>The mines: Operation of the mines located in Nabeba (Congo) and Mbarga (Cameroon) for a capacity of 35 million tons per year<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Issues <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Development of the sub-region's iron ore reserves and facilitation of exports through the construction of major infrastructure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Client <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Republic of Cameroon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Amount of the transaction<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">XAF 10 Billion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Mission of FINANCIA Capital<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Lead and Financial Advisor of the State of Cameroon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Achievements (2012 - 2015)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>Supported the Steering Committee in negotiations on all aspects of the implementation of these projects <\/li><li>Acted as an interface between the Permanent Secretariat of the Steering Committee and the Government advisors <\/li><li>Ensured global coordination of the missions on legal, technical and financial advising<\/li><li>Reviewed the project\u2019s integrated financial model <\/li><li>Reviewed the financial model of the mineral terminal project company (PortCo)&nbsp; <\/li><li>Reviewed the financial model of the railway project company (RailCo)&nbsp; <\/li><li>Structured tariffs of the rail and mining company <\/li><li>Structured tariffs of the ore terminal&nbsp; <\/li><li>Provided key inputs on the Mbalam Convention&nbsp; <\/li><li>Provided key inputs on the concession agreements for the ore terminal <\/li><li>Provided key inputs on the Rail concession agreements <\/li><li>Provided key inputs on the EPC Contract&nbsp;
